Whether you plan for reselling Google Apps on your domain or not, you would like to personalize your account. The ability to brand Google Apps definitely gives a professional look to your account.
Following is a step by step guide to brand your Google Apps account.
1 – Click on Domain Settings link
2 – Click on Appearance Tab
3 – In appearance tab you will see two sections, i.e. Header logos and Sign-in box color
4 – In Header logo section, you will see two options, i.e. Default logos and Custom logos. Select Custom logo and then click on Choose File button to select a logo for your company with in PNG or GIF format with 143 x 59 pixels dimension.
5 – Click Upload button, now your custom logo will be displayed in all core Google Apps services.
6 – You can select the option “Show this logo in all sites that users create”, this will put your logo in all the sites you or the users of your account will create.
7 – Now scroll down a bit till Sign-in box color section, over here, you can either select a pre-defined color combination for your account’s sign-in box or you can select Custom option to define your own color combination.
If you go to http://www.google.com/a/cpanel/[yourdomain.com], the result of above mentioned selection will show the following sign-in box for your domain.
