ServiceNow - Update the value of Run as field for Scheduled Reports



  1. Go to Reports - > Scheduled Reports
  2. Click on the scheduled job (scheduled report job) in the list
  3. Right click the header of the form and click Personalize -> Form Layout
  4. Add Run as field from the Slush Bucket
  5. Press Save, which will bring you back to schedule job
  6. Scroll down till you find the Run as field
  7. Select the name from the list you wish
  8. Press Update button.


Next time when scheduled report will run, it will put the new name for "Run as:" field in the delivered report as well
